Deputy Director (Sectoral Systems Development)

Gavin Yeo graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems and Computer Science) degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He had more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and maritime domain, working on systems and projects related to operations technology, web & mobile technology, data analytics and big data.

He currently heads the Sectoral Systems Development Department of the Information Technology Division in MPA. His department is responsible for developing IT systems to support MPA’s 24/7 port and shipping operations. He is also responsible for the development of key digital products for the maritime sector such as the Singapore Maritime Datahub (SG-MDH) and Singapore’s Maritime Single Window, digitalPORT@SGTM (Portal for One-Stop Regulatory Transacions).
