Associate, Collective Action and Risk Analysis
Flora has a background in security risk management and is responsible for the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network's Collective Action initiative in Argentina. She also works with MACN's local partners to implement Collective Action in Nigeria and expand to West Africa with the aim to reduce corruption and improve efficiency in ports and terminals in the regions.
Flora also manages MACN's Global Port Integrity Platform (GPIP), which builds on MACN's incident data to measure integrity in ports worldwide. The aim is to support the industry and set the standard on port integrity performance in line with international standards to promote transparency for greater port efficiency. Flora has engaged with a broad group of stakeholders from the shipping industry for the development of GPIP, including ports and terminals, industry associations, international organizations, civil society and academia.
