  • Are there any discounts for registering multiple people?

    If you are a sponsor for World Ports Conference 2021, discounts to register multiple people are available in sponsorship packages. We do not offer discounts on attendee fees. If you would like to sponsor the World Ports Conference 2021, contact Cindy Cronin at cindy.cronin@ihsmarkit.com.

  • I cannot pay by credit card. How else can I register?

    The quickest way to receive a confirmed registration is to register online and pay by credit card. If it is impossible for you to do so, please select the pay by invoice option.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my World Ports Conference 2021 registration?

  • Deferrals

    If you’ve deferred to World Ports Conference 2021 from World Ports Conference 2020, please contact the Events Help Desk for guidance on how to complete your registration.

  • IAPH temporary membership offer for ports

    Register one full-paying participant for the World Ports Conference 2021 and your port can temporarily joins IAPH free of charge until 31 December 2021. Upon receipt of your registration and payment we will contact you to confirm your temporary 2021 membership.
  • ALL refunds will be subject to a €50 processing fee.
  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by 01 June 2021.
  • Cancellations received after 01 June 2021 and ‘no shows’ are subject to the full registration fee.
  • Substitutions may be made by notifying the Events team in writing to the Events Help Desk.
  • Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice. Full payment must be made by 20th June before access to the conference will be allowed. As per the terms and conditions agreed to during the registration process, a no-show delegate or cancellation of registration does not cancel the invoice.
