When are the best rates available for World Ports Conference 2020?
 

  • Early Bird rates expire on 24 November 2019 or until all passes have been sold, whichever comes first.
     

  • Advanced rates expire on 29 December 2019, or until all passes are sold, whichever comes first.
     

  • Standard Rates will apply from 30 December 2019 through 15 March 2020.

 

Note: Onsite registration prices may be higher – please register online prior to the event for the best rates.

How can I book a place on the Companion Programme for the World Ports Conference 2020?

We are pleased to offer a full Companion Programme on each day of the conference.  During the day spouses and guests of conference delegates can visit some of Antwerp’s most popular tourist destinations and each evening attend a host of evening activities with their partner which includes a Welcome Reception, Gala dinner and Walking Dinner.
 

You will be prompted to register a spouse or partner on the Companion Programme during registration. Already registered? Please contact the Events Help Desk who can assist with registering a spouse or partner.

I’m a IAPH Member, do I get a discount?
If you are an existing IAPH Member you are eligible for discounted pricing at the World Ports Conference 2020. *Your company must hold an active IAPH Membership. Not sure you are a member? Click here

I don’t see one day passes available for the event. Can I still register for a one day pass?
We do not offer one-day conferences passes. To get the best value pass, sign up for the early bird full conference passes – available until 17 November 2019 (Limited passes available).


 

 

Are there any discounts for sending multiple people?
If you are a sponsor for World Ports Conference 2020, discounts to send multiple people are available in sponsorship packages. We do not offer discounts on attendee fees. If you would like to sponsor the World Ports Conference 2020, contact Tony Stein at tony.stein@ihsmarkit.com.


 

 

I cannot pay by credit card. How else can I register?
The quickest way to receive a confirmed registration is to register online and pay by credit card. If it is impossible for you to do so, please contact the Events Help Desk to find out information on alternative payment options.


 

 

Can I buy my attendee pass on-site?
Yes you can, but in order to avoid lines and a higher price at registration, we recommend that you purchase your pass prior to Tuesday 17 March 2020.


 

 

What happens if I need to cancel my World Ports Conference 2020 registration?
Please contact our Events Help Desk for more information.

 

  • ALL refunds will be subject to a €200 processing fee.

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by 01 February 2020.

  • Cancellations received after 01 February 2020 and ‘no shows’ are subject to the full registration fee.

  • Substitutions may be made by notifying the Events team in writing to the Events Help Desk.
